1. About the game
These terms cover Paint Home: Color Maze Puzzle, its game content and this website. The game is for personal entertainment. By using it, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, subject to rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Updated 2 November 2026.
2. Teens and adults
The game is intended for teens and adults, excluding children under 13. If local law requires a higher age or parental permission, those requirements apply. Minors should obtain a parent or guardian's permission where required.
3. Game cash and unlocks
Cash is earned inside the game, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and has no real-money value. There are no real-money purchases. A completed level gives 50–99 cash. One optional rewarded ad adds the same amount once, for a total of 100–198. Skipped levels give no cash or house. Speed and swipe count do not increase cash.
The Original Sponge is free. Twenty cosmetic designs can be permanently unlocked with earned game cash at the price shown before purchase. Prices range from 200 to 30K cash. Buying an already owned design does not charge again. Owned designs and the permanently selected sponge carry across levels. Each design has matching wall paint.
4. One-level trials and optional ads
A rewarded ad can unlock one chosen sponge for the current level attempt. Restarting, advancing or closing the app ends the trial and restores the purchased selection. Trials do not permanently unlock designs. Choose a sponge before painting; the painted house keeps its chosen appearance. Rewards are granted when the ad SDK reports the reward earned, not merely when the ad closes. Ads can be unavailable or fail. Normal puzzle play remains available without choosing a rewarded ad.
5. My City and prices
Finishing a level adds one house to inventory. Placing that earned house on an empty city plot is free and consumes one inventory house. The city has 14 × 14 plots. Each placed house has two decoration upgrades, costing 1K cash each (2K total). Houses do not earn passive cash.
K means one thousand: 1K = 1,000; 1.6K = 1,600; 12.5K = 12,500. Compact balance labels can truncate fractions below 10 cash; full balances and exact listed prices govern transactions. Future versions may adjust prices prospectively. Existing owned skins and city upgrades are retained by this update.
6. Saves and availability
Saves are local, with no cloud account or restore service. Uninstalling or clearing storage can remove progress, cash and unlocks. Do not rely on recovery after device loss. Core puzzles work offline; ads and consent forms need internet access. Device performance, ad availability and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
7. Permitted use and ownership
You may play for personal, non-commercial use. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit the app or artwork without permission, manipulate ad rewards or cash through fraud, or interfere with other systems. These restrictions apply only to the extent allowed by law and do not remove statutory exceptions. Game code and artwork remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights.
8. Changes and your rights
Features may change with updates. The game is provided as available; nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not promise that every device, network or advertisement will work without interruption. Updated terms will be published here. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed by this page.
