Privacy Policy
1. About this policy
Paint Home: Color Maze Puzzle is an Android puzzle game for teens and adults, excluding children under 13. This policy covers the game (com.painthome.kotlin) and this website. Updated 2 November 2026.
2. Game saves stay on your device
Level progress, game cash, owned houses and upgrades, artwork seed, skipped levels, sound settings, sponge unlocks and the last permanently selected sponge are stored in private app storage. There is no game account, cloud save, chat, or developer-operated gameplay server. An unfinished attempt starts again from wall one when the app reopens. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can permanently remove saves.
3. Advertising and third-party data
The game uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. These SDKs can process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from IP), app/ad interactions, diagnostics, app-set IDs and other available device or account identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads are still advertising and can require consent.
The app requests non-personalized ads, conservative teen treatment and general-audience ad content. Its manifest removes Android advertising-ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions. This does not mean that no identifiers are available on every Android version. There is no separate game analytics SDK.

4. Ad placements and rewards
A delayed banner can appear in a separate footer during gameplay and is removed at completion. Occasional interstitials appear at completed-level transitions. Optional rewarded ads can double one completion reward once, skip an unfinished level, or unlock a sponge for one level attempt. Ad availability is not guaranteed. A skipped level earns no cash or house. A sponge trial expires on restart, advancing to the next level, or closing the app and restores your permanently selected sponge.
5. Consent and privacy choices
Where required, Google's consent form is shown and ad requests wait until its SDK permits them. More → Privacy → Ad privacy choices opens regional privacy controls when available. You can continue the puzzle game without watching optional rewarded ads. Offline play does not require ads, but ad rewards require a connection and available ads. Non-personalized ads may still need consent to device storage/access.
6. Permissions and younger users
The game uses network access for ads and consent. It does not ask for your name, email, birth date, GPS location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. SDKs may add internal network and service-related permissions. This game is intended for teens and adults; it does not ask players to enter their age or date of birth. A higher local age of consent may apply. Minors should involve a parent or guardian where required.
7. Website and support
This static website does not include an advertising SDK, tracking pixels, analytics, account forms or tracking cookies. Your hosting provider may keep standard request logs such as IP address, URL, browser information and time. Its actual logging and retention depend on the deployed server. External links have their own privacy practices. If you email support, your email provider and the recipient process the information you send; avoid sending sensitive information.
8. Retention, deletion and requests
Local saves remain until removed from your device. The developer cannot remotely find or delete a local save. Google controls retention for its advertising data under its policies. Applicable privacy rights can depend on your location. Contact support for developer-held data; use Google's controls for data held by Google. We do not sell local game saves.
